What is your way out?

A plumber and a podcaster do not leave their jobs the same way, so NoBossly does not give them the same quest board. Pick your path and everything downstream changes with it — the quests you get and the rungs you climb.

Each climbs its own ten rungs, named for the work: a plumber goes Odd Jobber to Signwritten to Own Boss, a creator goes Lurker to Sponsored to Institution. Same ten stages underneath, same XP, same rule that no rung is bought with points.
